My phone restarts and battery is unrecognized

Hello so i dropped my phone and ever since then i had problems with it restarting. And when it restarts it says that my battery is unrecognized but when the battery reconnects it says that the battery is recognized and it shows everything normal. I have also noticed that when i hold my phone in my hands it usually restarts but if it lays on a flat surface it can stay on whole day without a single restart. I have not seen anyone yet who has this panic code like me so if anyone could help me and tell me what is the problem i would be very thankful.
