How do I change the lower mouse keys
im unsure where to start do i have to unscrew the back and go from there or are they just clipped in from the front

Hi!
To change the trackpad buttons you will need to replace the entire palmrest section of your laptop - otherwise you risk damaging the trackpad which you don’t want.
